BitGo Singapore launches to provide comprehensive digital asset services to APAC

BitGo Singapore , a subsidiary of BitGo , has marked its official launch after BitGo obtained its Major Payment Institution License from the Monetary Authority of Singapore ( MAS ) in August 2024 .

The launch of BitGo Singapore underscores Singapore ’ s prominent role as a central hub within the digital asset ecosystem , as well as the increasing demand for institutional-grade solutions across the APAC region .
The company ’ s comprehensive suite of digital asset services will address the sophisticated needs of the market while solving some of the biggest challenges around security , regulatory compliance , and operational efficiency .
BitGo has operated in APAC since 2015 , having forged strong partnerships with leading institutions across the region and supporting the growth of the digital assets industry . The launch marks the beginning of BitGo ’ s mission of enhancing the utility and adoption of digital assets in APAC , setting the stage for new developments that will propel the region forward as the leader in the ecosystem .

Atturra to acquire New Zealand based Plan B

Plan B owns and operates a national network of five primary DCs across New Zealand ’ s North and South Islands and has a very high level of recurring revenue .
The acquisition continues to increase the service offering , geographical and customer coverage in Atturra ’ s managed services business .

Atturra , through subsidiary Cirrus Networks , has exchanged a Share Sale Agreement ( SSA ) to acquire Plan B – a leading provider of managed network , connectivity and cloud services to businesses in New Zealand and Australia .

The acquisition strengthens Atturra ’ s base to expand its managed services , private cloud and overall offerings to all of New Zealand and will provide a highly predictable revenue stream .
Atturra will acquire more than 1000 clients across ANZ through the acquisition .
