Vection secures US $ 22m defence deal with NATO-approved partner

Australlia’ s Vection Technologies has signed a US $ 22.3 million multi-year master framework agreement with a repeat NATOapproved partner operating in the European defence sector, scalable to US $ 29.5m under the same conditions.

With this deal, Vection’ s Defence Program now totals US $ 40m, including US $ 17.7m of signed contracts and US $ 10.3m already delivered, as previously disclosed to the ASX. It builds on announcements made on 30 June, 15 July and 29 July 2025.
The contract will be delivered from Vection’ s existing resources with no additional capital outlay. The partner supports major European defence integrators and solution providers as a certified vendor to the Council of Europe and NATO. The Framework extends existing supplies and allows for new extensions through December 2030.
The repeat award deepens Vection’ s role inside the authorised NATO Tempest production chain, with demand accelerating for AI-powered monitoring solutions that safeguard national perimeters through big-data analysis. The solution stack combines secure ICT infrastructure with Vection’ s technologies, enabling expanded oversight of critical assets.
Having completed the stack during last year’ s pilot phase, Vection is now accelerating supply to align with the customer’ s multi-year program to 2030. The Framework provides visibility of structured order flow and sets Vection’ s largest-ever agreement, adding US $ 22.3m of revenue potential( up to US $ 29.5m) on top of prior orders.
Managing Director Gianmarco Biagi said:“ This Framework strengthens our long-standing relationship with a trusted European partner and expands Vection’ s role in the defence sector. It provides a clear path through 2030, with further significant orders expected.” p
