What impact has the rollout of the Informatica solution had on Krungsri so far?
The rollout of Informatica’ s data governance at Krungsri has had several positive impacts thus far. It has improved the way data quality is managed by shifting from IT writing scripts – which was timeconsuming and difficult to standardise – to a selfservice model that standardises all data quality rules within a single repository.
Additionally, Krungsri has modernised its data catalog and dictionary, moving from Excel spreadsheets to a searchable, easy-to-maintain portal and interface. This implementation also provides the opportunity to perform data lineage, thereby enhancing the company’ s impact analysis capabilities.
How did you‘ sell’ the benefits of the Informatica solution to Krungsri employees?
