Customer expectations for seamless digital services continue to rise while banks face increasing pressure to manage risk, prevent fraud and personalize offerings at scale.
Following the merger, BSI recognized that these goals could not be met with siloed data and redundant systems. The newly unified institution needed a reliable, enterprise-wide view of its information to support confident decision-making.
