Sitecore honors customers in 2020 Ultimate Experience Award winners
Maxis and Huawei Malaysia prepare for seamless transition to 5G
Maxis and Huawei Malaysia have begun scaling up the 4G network to prepare for a seamless transition to 5G . Maxis selected key areas in Kuala Lumpur to conduct trials with Huawei , with a focus to increase 4G capacity and user experience , enable fast 5G deployment and achieve optimization of network resources – all of which will prepare for 5G deployment once spectrum is made available .
This follows the TechCity partnership which was formalized early this year . This is dedicated to building an excellent 4G and 5G infrastructure to bring the best connectivity experience and digital quality of life for the people and businesses in Malaysia in the future .
Sitecore , a global leader in digital experience management software , has announced the 2020 Sitecore Ultimate Experience Award recipients .
Johns Hopkins Medicine , EPA Victoria , Triumph Motorcycles , Coates Hire and Soho House were honored for creating exceptional customer experiences using Sitecore technology .
Ultimate Experience Award winners were selected from each of the four 2020 SEA categories – ‘ most impactful human connections in a changing world ’, ‘ most intelligent content optimization ’, ‘ best innovation with emerging technologies ’ and ‘ most sophisticated implementation ’.

Coates Hire based in New South Wales , said : “ We ’ re thrilled to receive this honor for our implementation of the Sitecore platform for consumer-facing digital platforms and our new ‘ Hire Now ’ app .
“ Coates Hire first implemented Sitecore in 2015 as a customer portal to help with equipment management on project sites . However , as technology demands shifted rapidly , our strategy evolved and it became clear that we needed to leverage all of the capabilities of the Sitecore platform to deliver optimized value and a rich digital experience for our customers .”

Through the programme , Maxis joins global leading operators in having closer R & D collaboration and access to the latest development of 5G applications . Huawei ’ s TechCity had already launched in leading cities such as London , Seoul and Tokyo .
