Content commerce pioneer Vudoo joins AWS Partner Network

Vudoo , the Australian content commerce pioneer , is now on the AWS Partner Network ( APN ).

Founded by Morgan , Vudoo has established partnerships with publishers including News Corp , New Zealand Media and Entertainment ( NZME ), Are Media and independent agency ,
Lex Labs and facilitated campaigns for global brands such as Hilton , Samsung , Moët & Chandon , Burberry , Dyson and Lexus .
Notable Features Include :
• In-stream checkout : A checkout feature that enables users to make a purchase within the content they ’ re interacting with , without being taken to a separate browser . This feature enables access to first-party data customer insights , allowing retailers and advertisers to create more targeted campaigns .
• Shoppable Video : Conversion and enhancement of video content and ads into interactive , directly shoppable assets . The feature allows retailers to create personalized shopping journeys through unique , one-to-one storytelling , transforming every content and ad encounter across the open web into a conversion opportunity .

Macquarie Data Centres makes major campus acquisition

Macquarie Data Centres ( MDC ) has signed an agreement to acquire the land and buildings on which its Macquarie Park Data Centre Campus is built as it embarks on its next phase of growth .

The new facility brings its flagship data center campus up to a potential 63MW and is being built specifically to cater to highdensity Cloud and AI workloads , including liquid cooling capacity .
The $ 174 million agreement with data center real estate investment trust Keppel DC REIT follows MDC securing state-significant development approval to construct its largest ever data center , IC3 Super West .
The deal is part of the leading providers ’ wider expansion plans which are strategically prioritising growth in Sydney ’ s North Zone .
David Hirst , Group Executive of Macquarie Data Centres , said : “ Only purpose built , high-density data centres will be able to cater to the evolving requirements of Cloud and AI workloads . And , when it comes to Australia ’ s critical infrastructure industries , data sovereignty is going to be one of , if not the most , significant consideration for developing these capabilities ”.
This strategic acquisition is the start of MDC ’ s multi-campus acquisition plans . Combined with our Australian ownership and sovereign credentials this provides future-proofed capacity for our customers now and into the future ,” said Hirst .
The Macquarie Park Data Centre Campus is one of three of MDC campuses in Australia , alongside the Canberra Bunker Campus and Sydney CBD Campus – all of which are Certified Strategic by the Australian Federal Government .
