Spark and Infosys announce strategic IT collaboration
Infosys and Spark New Zealand have announced a strategic agreement that will support the transformation of Spark’ s technology delivery model through digital innovation.
Leveraging Infosys Topaz, an AI-first set of services, solutions and platforms using GenAI technologies, and Infosys Cobalt, a set of services, solutions and platforms for enterprises to accelerate their cloud journey, the collaboration will contribute to reduced IT operating costs while accelerating Spark’ s strategy of enabling digital and AI-driven customer experiences.

As part of the agreement, Infosys will also enhance its local workforce to complement its global operations and ensure that critical local support and expertise is retained in New Zealand.
Under the collaboration, Infosys will provide its global DevOps and software engineering capabilities to help build, test, integrate and deliver Spark’ s systems and applications.
Spark will still retain its IT assets and control its technology architecture strategy, product design and innovation roadmap, and business applications, supported by Infosys global reach and expertise.

Under the collaboration, Yiren Digital will integrate its AI-driven capabilities and proprietary technologies into the JV’ s operations, including advanced risk management algorithms, automated customer service platforms and data-driven marketing solutions.
The technological foundation will enable the platform to scale efficiently and deliver secure, customer-centric financial services tailored to the Indonesian market.
Yiren Digital has formed a strategic joint venture( JV) with PT.
Pinjaman Kemakmuran Rakyat( klikUMKM) and PT. Artha Digital Investama, member of Artha Graha Network( AG Network) – a leading Indonesian conglomerate with businesses in finance, retail, agriculture, telecommunications and manufacturing.
The partnership combines Yiren Digital’ s cutting-edge financial technology expertise and AG Network’ s deep local market knowledge to develop innovative digital solutions addressing the growing demand for accessible financial services and inclusive finance in Southeast Asia’ s largest economy.
The JV – expected to commence operation in the second half of 2025 – will also capitalize on AG Network’ s established local market presence and regulatory expertise.
Beyond the JV, the partnership aims to explore additional technology collaborations, supporting AG Network’ s broader digital transformation initiatives across its diverse business portfolio.
